Dry Hire Flexibility with Winery Excellence

  • Venue hire fee applies for The Terrace4 days access and hire.  This includes electricity, potable water and 4.5 cubic metres of rubbish removal
  • Dry hire model allows you to design your event with your preferred suppliers

Your Event

The Terrace | 'The Sky's the Limit' Dry Hire Space

Let your imagination wander - the sky is the limit! Terrace offers exclusive use and the site includes 5,000m² of lawn, a 500m² concrete pad with anchor points compatible with most marquee setups.

Venue hire: $7500. Chalk Hill drinks packages apply.

Drinks Options

1. The Alpha Crucis Package

5 HOURS: $90 Per Guest | 6 HOURS: $100 Per Guest | 7 HOURS: $110 Per Guest

Elevate your event with our flagship wine, the Alpha Crucis series. Select EIGHT wines from our award-winning Alpha Crucis range, hand-crafted Chalk Hill and Small Batch Release ranges.

2. The Chalk Hill Package

5 HOURS: $70 Per Guest | 6 HOURS: $80 Per Guest | 7 HOURS: $90 Per Guest

What we do best from the premium wines of our artisanal Chalk Hill series. Prosecco, Fiano, Rosé, Tempranillo Grenache + Syrah.

3. Minimum Bar Spend

5 HOURS: $70 Per Guest | 6 HOURS: $80 Per Guest | 7 HOURS: $90 Per Guest

Drinks consumed from your curated beverage list count toward a minimum bar spend. Any difference to the final bills redeemed as "takeaway wine sales".

4. Non-Alcoholic Package

Under 12-year-old: $10 Per Guest | 12-year-old and above: $25 Per Guest

We recognise that not all people drink alcohol, for one reason or another, especially for those guests under 18 years old. This package includes a variety of non-alcoholic soft drinks and beer (0.5%), to ensure that all guests can enjoy the celebration safely and inclusively.

Inclusions: All packages include South Australian craft beers and cider, Bickford's soft drinks.
