1. Alpha Crucis Tasting Lounge

Capacity: Seated 40 Guests | Standing 50 Guests

Weekend Room Hire: $1800

Weekday Room Hire: $1200

The Alpha Crucis Tasting Lounge provides a refined and intimate setting ideal for small-scale gatherings and high-end corporate events held during the day. With elegant decor, comfortable seating, and panoramic views of the Vale, this space is perfect for daytime events that require a touch of sophistication.

2. Marquee

Capacity: Seated 80 Guests | Standing 100 Guests

Room Hire: $3000

Our Marquee offers a spacious and adaptable outdoor setting suitable for larger gatherings such as weddings, major celebrations, and corporate functions during the day. Located near our cellar door, it offers expansive space for dining and entertainment under its elegant canopy, providing a memorable setting for your events.

3. Exclusive Venue Hire Outside Trading Hours

Hours: Saturday: 7 pm - 11 pm | Sunday to Thursday: 6 pm - 11 pm

Room Hire: $3500

For those seeking an exclusive experience, we offer the option to hire the entire venue outside of normal trading hours. This allows for private evening events where guests can enjoy access to all our facilities, including both the Alpha Crucis Tasting Lounge and the Marquee. This option is perfect for hosting private, customised events tailored to your exact needs in a unique setting.

We can offer guidance on Furniture and Décor Hire, Audio Visual Equipment, Florals, Transport.

Drinks Options

1. Chalk Hill Package

3 Hours: $65 Per Guest | 4 Hours: $80 Per Guest

Enjoy our hand-crafted Chalk Hill and Small Batch Release range, accompanied by our favourite Prosecco, South Australian beers, cider, and soft drinks. This package offers a comprehensive selection to cater to all tastes, ensuring a well-rounded beverage experience for your guests.

2. Alpha Crucis Package

3 Hours: $95 Per Guest | 4 Hours: $110 Per Guest

Elevate your event with our award-winning Alpha Crucis range. This premium package also includes selections from the Chalk Hill and Small Batch Release ranges, complemented by Prosecco, South Australian craft beers, cider, and soft drinks, providing a luxurious and diverse drinking experience.

3. Minimum Bar Spend

3 Hours: $50 Per Guest | 4 Hours: $60 Per Guest

Create a personalised Chalk Hill Wines beverage menu for your event. Drinks purchased by your guests count towards the minimum bar spend, and takeaways are available with a minimum spend requirement, making it flexible and convenient for larger gatherings.

4. Non-Alcoholic Package

Price: $25 Per Guest

Specifically designed for guests under 18 years old, this package includes a variety of non-alcoholic beverages to ensure that all young attendees can enjoy the celebration safely and inclusively.

Food Options

Minimum Catering Package: Available for groups starting at 20 persons. Children aged 5-12 years enjoy 50% off the menu price.

1. Grazing Table

Price: $20 Per Guest

Dive into a lavish antipasto grazing table that includes an assortment of meats, cheeses, bread, olives, fruits, vegetables, and dips. This option provides a delightful array of flavours that are perfect for mingling and grazing during your event.

2. Pinsa al Taglio

Price: $45 Per Guest

Experience the traditional Roman pizza by the slice. Known for its distinct, airy crust and rich toppings, Pinsa is a culinary delight that offers a touch of Italian tradition to any event.

3. Pinsa Con Altro

Price: $65 Per Guest

Elevate your dining experience with the 'Pinsa Con Altro' package. This option includes the signature Pinsa accompanied by seasonal arancini, a fresh green-leaf salad, and a delectable dessert of Vito’s ricotta & pistachio cannoli, creating a full three-course meal.
