Our function packages are designed to offer a seamless blend of exceptional drinks and dining, and versatile venue spaces, tailored to make your event at our venue unforgettable.

Each package is structured into three key components: a space selection, a drinks option, and a food option, allowing you to customise your experience according to the specific needs and nature of your event.

Space Options

1. Alpha Crucis Lounge

Capacity: Seated 50 Guests | Standing 80 Guests

Room Hire: Price on Application

Room hire varies based on guest numbers and the day of the week, with different rates for weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.  Half day room hire available on request.

With refined decor, inviting seating, and sweeping views of the Vale, this space provides an idyllic setting for elegant events.

2. Cellar Door

Capacity: Seated 80 Guests | Standing 120 Guests

Room Hire: $3500

Our cellar door is available for functions on weekdays and weekends from 6pm to 11pm. Please note, capacity is over multiple rooms across the venue.

3. Terrace I Marquee Dry Hire Space

Capacity: Seated 80 Guests | Standing 120 Guests

Room Hire: $3500

A spacious and flexible outdoor setting, Terrace I is supplied as a blank canvas – it’s yours to transform and bring your unique vision to life. Ideal for outdoor or marquee weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. Positioned next to our cellar door, it provides an expansive backdrop for dining and entertainment. Room hire and Chalk Hill wine packages apply.

4. Terrace II 'The Sky's the Limit' Dry Hire Space

Room Hire: $7500

Let your imagination wander - the sky is the limit! Terrace II offers exclusive use and the site includes 5,000m2 of lawn, a 500m2 concrete pad with anchor points compatible with most marquee setups. Venue hire, and Chalk Hill drinks packages apply.

Drinks Options

1. The Alpha Crucis Package

3 HOURS: $60 Per Guest | 4 HOURS: $80 Per Guest | UP TO 7 HOURS: $110 Per Guest

Elevate your event with our flagship wine, the Alpha Crucis series. Select EIGHT wines from our award-winning Alpha Crucis range, hand-crafted Chalk Hill and Small Batch Release ranges.

2. The Chalk Hill Package

3 HOURS: $50 Per Guest | 4 HOURS: $60 Per Guest | UP TO 7 HOURS: $90 Per Guest

Enjoy your selection of SIX premium wines from our artisanal Chalk Hill and Small Batch Release series.

3. Minimum Bar Spend

EVENT DURATION:3 HOURS $50 Per Guest | 4 HOURS $60 Per Guest

Drinks consumed from your curated beverage list count toward a minimum bar spend. Any difference to the final billis redeemed as "takeaway wine sales".

4. Non-Alcoholic Package

Price: $25 Per Guest

We recognise that not all people drink alcohol, for one reason or another, especially for those guests under 18 years old. This package includes a variety of non-alcoholic soft drinks and beer (0.5%), to ensure that all guests can enjoy the celebration safely and inclusively.

Inclusions: All packages include South Australian craft beers and cider, Bickford's soft drinks.

Food Options

1. Casual Italian Street Food

Minimum Catering Package: Available for groups starting at 20 persons. Children aged 5-12 years enjoy 50% off the menu price

- Pinsa al Taglio

Price: $45 Per Guest

Experience the traditional Roman pizza by the slice. Known for its distinct, airy crust and rich toppings, Pinsa is a culinary delight that offers a touch of Italian tradition to any event. Equivalent of lunch, if you are wanting a full day meal, we recommend adding a grazing option or choosing the Pinsa Con Altro package.

- Pinsa Con Altro

Price: $65 Per Guest

Elevate your dining experience with the 'Pinsa Con Altro' package. This option includes the signature Pinsa accompanied by seasonal arancini, a fresh green-leaf salad, and a delectable dessert of Vito’s ricotta & pistachio cannoli, creating a full three-course menu.

- Antipasto Platters (Add-On)

Price: $20 Per Guest

Dive into lavish antipasto that includes an assortment of meats, cheeses, bread, olives, fruits, vegetables, and dips. Designed as an entrée or snack, this option provides a delightful array of flavours perfect for mingling and grazing during your event.

We offer a variety of traditional and specialty Pinsa options, perfect for any occasion. Details and specific choices can be tailored during our follow-up discussion to finalise your package.

2. A Bit Fancy: Canapés & Paella

Minimum Catering Package: Available for groups starting at 30 persons.

- Canapé & Large 'Snack' Events

Price: $75-$110 Per Guest

Select five to eight courses, with the option to extend the menu and include additional canapés or larger snacks.

- Seated Events

Price: $80-$145 Per Guest

Shared entrée and/or mains, canapés, banquet style or alternate drop, the options are endless.

- Paella & Tapas Spread (evening only)

Price: $65-$75 Per Guest

Select up to three paella and three tapas, priced accordingly. All options served with Pipirrana salad and crusty bread.

BYO Cake - Cakeage $3 Per Guest

We can cater to dietary needs - gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, lactose intolerant. Due to the kitchen preparation area, we are, however, unable to cater to coeliac customers.
